SBI responded very quickly to my worries when our old awning (not one of theirs) broke down.
They diagnosed the fault, the motor had packed up and I decided to purchase a new one from SBI.
Two visits were made, the first to agree upon the style we wanted, and they also took away pieces of the old, broken one. Then came installation day Michael, John and Dominic arrived with rain threatening but in around two hours had completed the installation, tidied away and cleaned most of the mess they had made with drilling and installation.
They were professional, and cheerful and worked well as a team. Administration throughout the process has been clear and response times are good. Whereas I hadn't been advised by the previous installer to have my awning maintained every couple of years, SBI has suggested this which I feel is really good advice. Recommended.
