High Speed Chain Lubricant

RotaLube® HS is manufactured from Phosphor Bronze or Aluminium material, like the enhanced range of Rotalube® applicators this series will provide a high speed, unequalled performance and reliable method of applying lubricant to the chain plates and/or roller. Supplied without a reducing nozzle, this type of applicator has an extended pressure range up to 2 bar (30 psi), it is supplied with Nitrile (NBR) seals as standard however alternative sealing such as Viton (FKM) are available. This unit is design to operate in temperatures of up to 170 °C. Where corrosion / oxidization are a concerns this unit can be supplied with an electrolytic passivation process (anodised) in conjunction with aluminium.
