The peculiarity of this project , carried out by DELTA Technical Department, lies in a well-planned kinematic mechanism; it takes the oscillating motion of the manually driven headwheel and causes the synchronized motion of the worktable. Such synchronized movements keep the vertical axis of the spindle constantly aligned with the longitudinal axis of the table, allowing to grind surfaces up to 500 x 200 mm which are remarkable sizes for this type of machines. The geometrical trim of the machine is always perfectly adjustable thanks to the use, for the oscillating table, of special taper roller bearings which can bear high loads.
