TFT ADC 200 Mobile Desiccant Dehumidifier.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION.

This mobile desiccant dehumidifier uses three independent air streams:

Process air to be dehumidified.

Regeneration air to dry the rotor.

Cooling air to condense and remove extracted moisture.

Two internal fans generate these flows, which pass through the desiccant rotor in opposite directions for maximum efficiency. Operating reliably between +1 °C and +30 °C, the system removes moisture from the process air, then expels it as liquid water via condensation. This design ensures consistent performance even under challenging climate conditions.

STRUCTURE.

The ADC 200 mobile desiccant dehumidifier is built from galvanized steel and aluminum, ensuring strength and durability. Removable side panels provide easy access to electrical and mechanical components for maintenance. It is available in portable (with wheels) or fixed-mounted versions to suit different operational needs.

ELECTRICAL PANEL.

Designed to European standards (73/23 and 89/336), the front-access electrical panel includes:

Main switch and hour meter.

Connector for external humidistat.

Manual/automatic operation selector.

This configuration ensures safe, reliable, and flexible control of dehumidification.

COMPONENTS.

Fans are directly coupled to electric motors for high efficiency.

Rotor is made of non-combustible, non-flammable desiccant material.

Regeneration heater is an electric armored type, built for high performance and long service life.

G4 filters on process and cooling air inlets protect internal parts and maintain efficiency.

INSTALLATION NOTES.

ADC series units are not thermally insulated. When selecting or installing, carefully consider indoor and outdoor air conditions to prevent condensation or ice formation on panels and protect electrical components from damage.
