Scale Model of Unique Turnkey Innovation Showcased at Innovate UK 2014 PDF Print E-mail Monday, 10 November 2014 00:00 Scale Model of Unique Turnkey Innovation Showcased at Innovate UK 2014 Pryor Marking Technology exhibited at Innovate UK 2014 last week with its very first scale model of the Robotic Laser Vehicle Chassis Marking Cell. It is this innovation that won the company the prestigious Made In Sheffield Innovation Award, has the company shortlisted for The Manufacturer of the Year Innovation and Design Award and The Sheffield Hallam University Design & Innovation Award, and has moved Pryor into a different market segment to its global competitors. Innovate UK is the leading networking, conference and exhibition event for business. Hosted by Innovate UK, which is the new name for the Technology Strategy Board, together with UKTI, the event is the largest multi-sector showcase of UK innovation, bringing together more than 3000 high-potential businesses with international investors, government and academia. The event, which is a “mash up” of the Technology Strategy Board’s annual Innovate event and the UKTI’s annual TechWorld event, was held in Old Billingsgate, London, on the 5th and 6th November 2014. Off the back of one of the most successful years in its history, Pryor Marking Technology is looking for new markets to which it can apply and develop its technology further, and continues to look for ways to supply the factories of the future. The event will provide Pryor with a great opportunity to showcase its innovation and network with key contacts from across the globe.
