Pod Assemblies

Our pods are assembled using galvanised perforated sheet rolled into a cylindrical shape. Galvanised end caps are fitted to retain the in-fill material. All surfaces are lined with a glass fibre tissue to prevent particle erosion. For silencers up to 800mm diameter, we utilise our unique method for retaining the pod. Threaded rods are held to the pod assembly which are then located into nutserts suitably positioned around the internal circumference of the silencer body. apart from the immediately noticeable neat appearance, the main advantage of this method is that the pod can easily be removed for access or cleaning purposes.
