Sushisamba Application

Sushisamba identified a prime opportunity at their Covent Garden location: serving the steady flow of visitors passing through the lively Piazza.

They partnered with us at Portabar to design a mobile bar for the summer season, offering small plates and cocktails. When summer ends, the pop-up bar is packed away and relocated to their Heron Tower venue.
