Introducing our NEW Swinging Ropes Traverse Walk. A fantastic new product – ideal for including within an adventure/fun trail or as a ‘standalone’ play feature within a school, caravan park or open play environment. The Swinging Ropes Traverse Walk is designed so that the user can stand on the central chain and either traverse along the item using just the drop-ropes on one side of the frame OR walk along the central chain using the drop-ropes on both sides to hold onto – making the Swinging Ropes Traverse Walk a dual-purpose / 2-in-1 adventure trail item – helping to develop the user’s hand-eye co-ordination and grip. As standard, the top-bar will be approximately 2m high with the drop-ropes on both sides being 600mm in length. However – either the top-bar can be raised higher or the drop-ropes made shorter if the Swinging Ropes Traverse Walk is to be used by older children (Key Stage 2) or installed in an open play area where it needs to be more challenging. The chain walk is set approximately 400mm off ground level – thus making this a ‘low-level’ item that can be installed into grass with no additional safer surfacing required. The Swinging Ropes Traverse Walk can be manufactured from both Timber & Recycled Plastic (or a mix of both materials if preferred – i.e. Recycled Plastic upright posts and Timber top-bars).
