Metal Component Dip Coating

Metal components are pretreated, often degreased and shotblasted, heated up to between 250 and 400 degrees C depending upon the coating needed, then dipped into the Fluid Bed of plastic. The Powder particles can melt onto the metalwork which forms a smooth continuous coating.
