Electrophoretic (Cathodic) Painting

E-Coat, EP Paint, ElectropaintE-Coat, EP Paint, Electropaint, known by a number of different names, has become established in recent years as an economical and corrosion resistant finish either on its own or as a primer. Mainly used in the Automotive market for under bonnet and passenger compartment components it is a Black Paint finish which has a uniform thickness ranging from 18 microns up to 30 microns.
