Closed Circuit Circo-Smoke-System
The closed circuit for quality, economical operation and environment protection Sawdust smoke and friction smoke systems offer exceptionally non-polluting smoking processes as a result of the CIRCO-SMOKE-SYSTEM. Optimum use is made of the generated smoke inside a closed system with a minimum of power input and cleaning effort, and utmost protection of the sewage. Costly emission protection facilities do not have to be installed with UNIGAR® systems with Circo-Smoke-System. Description of the function in 4 steps: The Circo-Smoke-System ® can be divided into 4 phases: drying, smoking, smoke settling and ventilating. The following diagrams with the belonging text for each phase clarify the function-principle. Phase 1 (Drying) Before the smoke-production, the products to be treated must be dried in order to guarantee an optimum in smoke-capture. On this occasion, the flaps are closed to the smoke-generator, fresh- and exhaust air-flaps are opened. Phase 2 (Smoking) Now, the fresh- and exhaust air-flaps are closed and the flaps to the smoke-generator are opened. Consequently, the chamber-contents are hermetically seperated from the outside. A part-stream of the generated smoke is taken from the treatment room, enriched with newly generated smoke and again supplied to the treatment room. Thus, during this phase of smoking, no fume-mixtures enter the atmosphere. Phase 3 (Smoke settling) The smoke generator is switched and all flaps are closed. The chamber-contents are revolutionized all the time until the smoke-components are acumulated at the smoke-ware. The atmosphere of smoke is increasingly diluted. Phase 4 (Ventilating) After the smoke-components have accumulated at the smoke-ware, the fresh- and exhaust air-flaps are opened, and the exhaust air is ventilated to the atmosphere.
