High-speed combination weighers

With speeds up to 300 weighings/min. depending on product and target weight, the MULTIPOND xx12/14-S5 series of combination weighers are designed for the most diverse applications. They have proved their efficiency both in high-speed as well as in mixing applications. The prefeed, weighing and memory hoppers work with the twin flap opening system, which guarantees a complete discharge even of sticky products. The stainless steel hoppers have a volume of 2.55 litres. By means of a specially designed pivoting unit each of the weigh hoppers feed product into two memory hoppers mounted underneath, where the weighed partial quantities are stored before being taken into combination. Mixing of up to 6 components of various products is possible.
