Metric Wins Salford City Council Tender for Hospital Car Park

Metric Parking has won a tender to supply solar and hybrid powered pay-and-display parking machines for a new council car park providing hospital visitor and staff parking. The 480-capacity Stott Lane car park in Salford, leased from the city council by Salford Royal Hospital Trust, has a throughput of 1,400 vehicles a day and is currently controlled by a pay-on-foot system manned by hospital staff.
