Aerosol Storage

The Metalmesh Sigma system has been used on many sites where the storage of Aerosols has required 1”(25mm) sq. mesh to comply with recommendations by the Loss Prevention Council. The finer mesh inhibits the spread of fire, whilst catching debris from exploding aerosols. Practically continuos containment is by the use of high speed electrically operated doors (motor shown in inset) and tunnel like entrances (if agreed with insurers), close fitting is required to the building structure and racking etc. this is made possible with the unique design of Metalmesh piercing kits, these allow conduits and ducts to pass through the mesh and preserve the integrity of the installation.
