The call button is worn around the neck or on the wrist using the supplied lanyard or wrist strap and signals the NMDRX alarm receiver when pressed. The NMDRX is a portable receiver that features an adjustable volume sounder with ultra-bright flashing coloured LEDs to assist deaf and hard of hearing carers. The pendant is also splash proof so that the patient can continue to use the alarm when washing when slips and accidents are more likely to happen. The NMDRX has 5 different channels with different flashing colour LED's which allows for multiple Medpage transmitters to signal the alarm receiver.
