Powtech Nürnberg 2011

Powtech continues to be the most focused and dedicated exhibition in Europe for powder handling and processing technology. Matcon have been a loyal exhibitor for the last two decades and this year has concluded with another successful participation. Our stand displayed our latest product developments, complemented with video material demonstrating our ability to offer a complete system approach. Our scale down model of a modern production plant continues to be a very popular addition to the stand and a great discussion topic. Given the current negative media surrounding Europe’s business climate, it was very encouraging to hear of the many exciting investments that are planned for 2012 and beyond. Matcon will continue to help stimulate these investments and deliver ‘Lean’ Manufacturing Systems to its customers, providing them with a manufacturing operation which brings the benefits of increased productivity, process efficiency, flexibility and profitability. By adopting this ‘Lean’ approach, European companies can remain competitive in today’s global business markets. Overall, Powtech 2011 proved a great success for Matcon.
