Semi-automatic Label Applicators

The IMA Phoenix SpeedMate Pro offers advanced performance and functionality at a competitive price. Labels can be applied at up to 100m/min with a choice of 2, 4, 6 and 10-inch wide models. All models feature independently-powered label unwinders and backing paper rewinders for optimum performance and the option to fit TIJ, TTO or laser coders to overprint labels.

Collamat C-Series and S-Series applicators feature modular design with a choice of drive unit, unwinder and applicator module providing solutions to virtually any requirement. Application modules include wipe-on, tamp, blow, corner-wrap and leading face with custom applicators possible for bespoke needs.

For high-speed labelling including operation on printing presses, the Collamat S300 system offers the opportunity to apply labels up to 300m/min line speed. For optimum accuracy at high speed, the optional air-loop unwinder and independently powered backing paper rewinder combine to ensure low-friction label passage throughout the system.

Martek's range of semi-automatic label applicators for round products allow bottles, jars, tubes, tins, pots, vials and other cylindrical products to be professionally labelled with the same degree of accuracy as inline labellers for a fraction of the price. The DWR-Round system can be used for products from 20 to 120mm diameter with the option to add an inkjet coder to overprint labels before application. The Collamat CP21 applicator is ideally suited to labelling small-diameter products such as vials and vape liquid containers. The CP21 also benefits from footswitch operation for maximum throughput. The GoDEX AP16-F applicator provides an entry-level option for labelling containers from 25 to 160mm diameter.
