Hard Anodising is an electrolytic process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide film on the surface of Aluminium and its alloys, and produces an incredibly hard corrosion resistant insulated surface. Anodising thicknesses tend to range from 25 microns to 75 microns depending on the alloy being processed. The colour can vary from dark grey to light depending on thickness with the option of being dyed black, other colours can be made available upon request too. We can mask off areas where Anodising is not needed.
