Passivation Treatments and Finishes

With zinc plating, thicknesses of up to 25 microns are normal and passivation treatments are able to make the plating resistant to finger marking, whilst also providing a good base for painting. The passivation finishes include Clear, Colour (iridescent), Black as well as Olive drab.
