Unox Combination Oven

This Unox Cheftop combination oven dates from 2017 and is a trolley loaded design, holding 19 shelves sized at 525 mm x 325 mm each, giving high volume kitchens and food processors serious batch cooking capacity in one unit.

Full electric and steam heating modes are supported, along with a self cleaning program to cut down on manual maintenance. Running on a 3 phase 400 Volt 50 Hz supply and rated at 29.3 Kw, it's built for continuous commercial use.
