Nowicki 125 Litre Bowl Cutter

This Nowicki 125 litre bowl cutter, model KN 125, is built entirely in stainless steel and was fully refurbished in 2021 with new inverters fitted throughout. A powerful 49 Kw motor drawing 120 amps gives it the muscle needed for demanding emulsification and mixing tasks in meat processing.

The machine comes complete with an unloader, a Perspex noise cover and multi speed knife and bowl settings, giving operators flexibility across a range of product types. It's in excellent condition and ready to slot straight into a working production line.
