Lund Halsey has recently been awarded a prestigious DBA Award. The DBA Design Effectiveness Award recognises impactful, wide-ranging examples of design that have had a tangible and measurable impact on business success. For the Kontrol Command console range, DBA recognised that ‘LundHalsey had achieved above and beyond the requirements for the award with their innovative products that support a premium brand, enhanced user experience and synergy with architectural design elements of control rooms. Increased sales and new sales opportunities also allow growth in employment, allowing the company to grow further internationally, enabling new collaborations with global corporations. Lund Halsey is able to demonstrate tangible and measurable effects upon the business with their increasing success, fuelled by their passion for innovation.’ Lund Halsey worked in collaboration alongside LA Design to produce a range of new and contemporary control room furniture sets the standard for the industry in terms of design, ergonomics and quality. Lund Halsey has also been awarded the ‘Queens Award for International Trade’ in 2011 and 2016 at Buckingham Palace. The office and factory have received royal visits from Princess Alexandra in 2011 and the Duke of Gloucester in 2016.
