A Frame Fabrication

Trolley fabrication in Peterborough – An existing client came to us for the design and fabrication of various A-frame trolleys to hold re-usable assembly line jigs. The trolleys and machined components were first designed by our team in Solidworks. The models were then sent to the client for approval. After approval, the trolleys were manufactured in our workshop, sent away for blasting and powder coating, then returned to our workshop for final assembly. Note the blasted metal pins, intentionally left bare to reduce the risk of any surface coating chipping and making its way into our client’s finished products.
