Lorien Engineering Polska, the first overseas office of UK based Lorien Engineering Solutions, is consolidating several successful years by relocating to prestigious new premises within the city of Wrocław, South West Poland. Lorien’s Polish operation is growing quickly, and this move will see the firm more than double the floor space of its existing premises in the city, and will enable it to service the increasing workload by substantially increasing the number of professional engineering staff employed in Poland. The newly built premises, in Wrocław’s expanding commercial zone, highlight Lorien Polska’s growth in the years since it was formed in 2009 to satisfy the domestic market in Poland, and to act as a regional hub for operations in Central and Eastern Europe. From headquarters in Burton on Trent, UK, Lorien operates worldwide, providing engineering design, project management and technical consulting services to customers in food, brewing, drinks, advanced manufacturing and life sciences manufacturing sectors, as well as providing sustainable energy and safety compliance services. Managing Director of Lorien Engineering Polska, Łukasz Kolendowicz, said that the re-location not only caps a highly successful three years for the firm, but also confirms Lorien’s future commitment to Poland: “We are delighted to remain in Wrocław, where we have already enjoyed considerable success.
