Alongside its machining capabilities, the business provides on-site engineering support and repairs, with a 24-hour service available for customers requiring urgent assistance. The business also has an established hydraulic engineering division, developed through Central Engineering Products Ltd approximately 25 years ago. Its hydraulic engineers have more than 75 years of combined experience and operate from a dedicated workshop equipped for hydraulic component manufacture, maintenance and repair.

Hydraulic services include the design and manufacture of bespoke hydraulic cylinders, refurbishment and repair of existing cylinders, and the supply of hydraulic motors, pumps and complete control systems. The company maintains a substantial stock of hydraulic components and has the machining capabilities to manufacture replacement parts where required.

Specialist hydraulic testing equipment enables engineers to diagnose faults and assess the performance of repaired or newly manufactured cylinders. Each cylinder is tested before leaving the workshop, with a quality control test report provided.
