Our new trainees start their professional careers

On 1 September 2025, the time had finally come: eight new trainees began their training at Klauke. We are delighted to welcome them to our team! This year, we have two industrial clerks, two cutting machine operators, one industrial mechanic, two metal technology specialists – one specialising in cutting and one in assembly – and one electronics technician for industrial engineering.

Traditionally, our new trainees begin their training with an onboarding week. During this time, they not only learn a lot of interesting facts about Klauke, but also receive their own laptops with the appropriate programmes for their training. In addition to detailed product training and safety training, which are particularly important for their future work, the programme also included a variety of games.

One of the highlights this year was a visit to an escape room in Remscheid. There, the new colleagues were able to demonstrate their teamwork skills and creativity and get to know each other better. At the end of the week, we went to the Hückeswagen climbing park, where exciting and fun team tasks awaited us. Afterwards, everyone had the opportunity to show off their skills on three different climbing courses. The eventful day ended with a cosy meal in the forest, where we rounded off the week in a relaxed atmosphere.

We are proud to give our new trainees the best possible start to their careers and look forward to working together, undertaking many exciting projects and providing successful training.
