Product Overview
In typical machining operations, effective cooling and chip evacuation are critical to achieving precision, productivity and tool longevity. Standard side-cooling pumps, however, often operate at low pressure and struggle to remove chips efficiently.
Aeroforce™ overcomes this limitation by combining compressed air (1–2 bar) with existing coolant flow in a unique, high-velocity delivery system. This patented method accelerates coolant to extremely high speeds, significantly increasing its momentum and impact at the cutting zone.
