It is achieved in combination with fully flexible memory foam and impermeable, breathable, anti-alergic,? washable zip cover.The Stabilo Grande Sleep System?enables proper positioning of the legs, trunk and pelvis along with abduction of the knees.By shaping the mattress?the pressure is evenly spread over the entire surface.Contractures can be a common consequence of a patient remaining in one position over a long period of time. Manipulating the mattress?ensures it adapts to the shape of the body so that each section receives ?support.Stabilo Grande mattress?allows the patient to be positioned on their side. By positioning the patient in this way we secure the hip joints and provide correct support for the patient?s head and back. This provides a very good position for people with severely asymmetric bodies.An essential feature of this solution is it?s ?stretchability?, both the foam layer and the cover it?s-self, since the StabiloGrandeshape is changed frequently.Advisable to have more than one cover since this way one can be in the wash whilst the other is in use.Only one foam layer is required.Cover is impermeable, breathable and anti-allergic.
