Established in 1916, Kepston is based on two different sites in the West Midlands. Our Aldridge site offers subcontract precision CNC jig & universal grinding able to tolerate 0.001mm under a temperature controlled environment, further to wire eroding capable of a zero re-cast or "white" layer. Our Wednesbury site is able to offer subcontract furnace brazing & bright annealing which uses vacuum & continuous furnaces, materials that include stainless, steel & copper alloys. Magnetic annealing of soft magnetic alloys is produced under a hydrogen atmosphere. Both our sites are approved to AS9100 Rev C & ISO 9001:2008. We have had a significant investment made to both our sites over the years which means we have top of the range technology available.
