Kensal Robotic Palletiser System Nears Completion

One of the largest robotic palletising systems for the UK food sector nears completion at Kensal's purpose built manufacturing and assembly plant in Luton Bedfordshire. The system incorporates the latest energy efficent stainless steel conveying for primary products as well as empty and full pallet handling.At the heart of the operation are 3 Quantec Kuka 240KG palletising robots complete with Kensalvac complete layer handling platforms. These in turn gently and accurately lift the shelf ready packs in layers onto either chep or euro pallets without any contact on the vertical planes of the self merchandising packs. Increasingly more food and drink producers are looking for answers to achieve fast, efficent and product friendly automation and with the launch of this system we believe we have the answers to those questions.
