What is your returns policy?

You must contact us first within 14 days of delivery and retain all packaging and return as received. The items (dependant on size and weight) can either be returned by the post office or a courier firm (either arranged by us or yourself). For us to collect the item(s), we would deduct the collection fee from any refunds due.
