Jit-Pak have been supplying cases with customised cnc foam inserts for over 12 years. We are proud to be authorised dealers of the three main waterproof case brands - Peli, Explorer and Storm. Most of our competitors do not have this privilige which means that they have a limited choice to offer you, the customer. And because we are one of the UK's biggest dealers in waterproof cases (if not the biggest), we can offer you the discounts that our competitors can not. We also manufacture "in house" all of our cnc foam inserts whereas the majority of our case competitors do not and therefore have to sub contract the foam work which results in higher prices for you, the customer. Of course, the economical "pick n pluck" foam is more than adequate for most small projects but sometimes your equipment needs better protection and therefore a heavier density foam. Or sometimes, you just dont want to waste your time "picking & plucking" foam inserts for your cases. Many of our customers have told us that it is cheaper for them to buy our customised cnc routed inserts than to spend their time "picking & plucking". Not only that, but they then end up with a far more superior insert which subsequently adds value to their products. So should you wish to enquire about our cnc routed foam inserts as an alternative then please contact us, we would however point out, that a 1 off routed insert will always be more expensive than "picking & plucking" your own. It is only when you are buying in quantity e.g. 5 cases or more, that it works out to your advantage.
