Another Temperature Test Chamber delivered by JB Environmental Engineering Ltd to a Defence Company

JBEE engineers have commissioned a New ET300-65 Temperature Test Chamber for a large Defence Company, photographs of the commissioning below.
The ET300-65 is a Test Chamber with good performance for the cycling of Test Samples and assemblies between high & low temperatures to test the quality of the manufactured items before shipping.

The specification of the Temperature Test Chamber is: –

•  300 Litre Capacity
• Internal Dimensions 650mm x 600mm x 800mm (WxDxH)
• Temperature Range -65C to +150C
• Rate of Change 5K/min Heating & 2.5K/min cooling

The Test Chamber is fitted with a PID Touchscreen controller for the programming & Monitoring of the set conditions and Access Ports in the side walls for cables to be passed through. The controller is fitted with a range of communication ports, including RS232, RS485, USB & Ethernet for connection to a PC for Programming & Data logging of the tests and includes a Graphical display of the test and data logging functions.

The Test Chamber is manufactured with a Stainless Steel Interior and Powder coated mild steel exterior, is has easy reach-in access panels for maintenance and repair purposes. It is also fitted with high density insulation to ensure efficient operation and low power consumption for economy.
