PSIM Pioneers ISM Report Successful Event in India

ndia is the latest country to fall under the spell of ISM, the UK based PSIM pioneers; inventors of Genesys Security Control Room Management System – the patent protected system that renders servers redundant with its unique migrating driver technology. Stephen Smith, Sales and Marketing Director, ISM was invited by OIS Advanced Technology Pvt Ltd (OIS-AT), the largest defence company in India to demonstrate Genesys on the OIS-AT Stand at the DEFEXPO event. Explaining the background to this, Smith said: “OIS-AT was looking for a PSIM partner for the homeland security market in India. After a stringent and robust selection process which encompassed benchmarking Genesys in painstaking detail with the systems on offer by competitors, the unanimous verdict from the OIS-AT team was that ISM should be their sole recommended OEM PSIM partner.” The exhibition was, according to Smith, “a powerhouse of an event. This was our first exhibition in India with OIS-AT and we were not disappointed. For example, we demonstrated Genesys to India’s and The Director-General of Homeland Affairs. We also had meaningful conversations with generals, colonels, brigadiers and group captains and in-depth discussions with senior personnel from critical infrastructure, borders and rail.” Of the relationship that ISM is now building with OIS-AT, Smith commented: “Working with OIS-AT is refreshingly different and their technical team is the first rate. Every team member can convey the benefits of Genesys in an eloquent, compelling and engaging manner, helped by the intensive training at our HQ. Their enthusiasm for Genesys gave a real air of excitement that was undimmed through to the final minutes of the event.” There have been developments since the exhibition ended. A demonstration room has been created at OIS-AT test centre in Delhi venue with Genesys in situ, integrating with digital recording, CCTV and intercoms. This was according to Smith, the logical next step because many of the people spoken to at the event requested a more detailed demonstration of Genesys. “When you combine the impeccable pedigree, expertise and reputation of the OIS-AT brand with our credentials as an iconic British brand, long-standing and trusted pioneers of PSIMS, it’s impossible not to be excited by the potential that exists in India,” concluded Smith.
