Built from 304-grade stainless steel and fitted with 2 x 12 kW heaters (24 kW total), the T200 delivers reliable high-temperature washing performance in a compact format. Interlocked access doors automatically stop the pump and conveyor when opened. Emergency stop buttons are positioned at both operator stations for immediate isolation if required. A photocell sensor halts the conveyor if trays reach the end of the line uncollected, and can also place the machine into dormant mode during inactivity to save water and energy.
Fixed guarding with secure fastenings prevents access to moving parts, while the IP66-rated control panel helps protect electrical components during washdown. Heater protection circuits provide a positive safety shutdown in the event of a fault, helping prevent overheating and protect associated components.
