Industrial Washing Machines (IWM) will be showcasing their industrial wash systems at the FoodEx show next year. Scheduled from the 12th to the 14th of April 2021 at the NEC in Birmingham, visitors can explore IWM's latest offerings, including the T400 twin tank industrial tray washer, CW13 EX BT general-purpose cabinet utensil washer, and the new range of boot washers at stand H201.
CW13 Cabinet Washer
Renowned for its robust construction and user-friendly operation, the CW13 EX BT cabinet washer is ideal for efficient batch washing of various items, such as trays, machine components/change parts, weigh pans, buckets, and utensils. Equipped with an internal self-cleaning function and a rounded interior with no right angles, this cabinet washer is perfect for food preparation operations. It comes with standard reinforced pull-out washing trays measuring 1320 mm x 700 mm, accommodating items up to 820 mm high.
Industrial Tray Washer
Also on display is IWM's T400 twin tank industrial tray washer, offering a two-stage cleaning process suitable for high-care environments. The first stage involves continuous jetting with hot water and detergent, followed by continuous jetting with hot water only. Additionally, a cold rinse is provided, with various blow-off and heat drying options available.
Boot Washers
IWM will unveil new boot and shoe washing stations designed for food manufacturing plants and areas where production and clean zones intersect. Available in multiple configurations, from simple manual versions to sophisticated walk-through models with multiple brushes, automatic chemical dispensing, and access control options.
