IWM exhibits at world’s biggest food and hospitality show

At this year’s Gulfood Exhibition – the world’s largest annual food and hospitality show – Industrial Washing Machines Limited (IWM) is showcasing its latest space-saving Crusader T200 tray washing system that combines efficiency with economy and can optionally be supplied configured for convenient one-person operation. This innovative machine is on show throughout the exhibition, which runs from 25th to 28th February 2013 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, on the Syspal Limited stand (Stand S-E23 in the Trade Centre Arena), where experts from IWM will be on hand to provide visitors with advice and guidance on the selection and use of industrial washing and sanitising equipment. The Crusader T200 traywasher on show at the Gulfood Exhibition is the latest addition to IWMs standard range of traywashers. A particularly compact unit, it is ideally suited to applications where demand for washing is low or intermittent, as well as for use where operational space is restricted. The Crusader T200 ensures efficient cleaning with a washing process that employs continuous jetting with hot water and detergent. Economical operation is achieved by recirculating the wash water via an efficient filtration system, and by accurate solenoid control of the fresh water used for rinsing. To ensure longevity and the highest possible levels of hygiene, all major components of the Crusader T200, including the filters, jetting nozzles and pumps, are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel. As standard, the machine includes a variable speed conveyor for easy tray handling, and it can optionally be supplied configured for overhead loading to facilitate one-person operation. IWM’s Crusader T200 traywasher is being shown at the Gulfood Exhibition alongside an extensive range of equipment from Syspal, which has been specifically developed for food industry applications.
