The system comprises of 250mm wide interlocking PVC ceiling panels (planks) that fit together to create a single flat, flush, solid structure with a degree of insulation to help reduce condensation. The ProClad ceiling system is easy to install in large or small projects and is available in a range of finishes - although White with Silver Highlights, or simple Pearl White are the most popular. The ceiling construction perimeter is usually finished with a simple J edge, but coving is also available to finish the installation. Proclad PVC ceiling panels have a softening point of 60 degrees centigrade - and spotlights are commonly fitted through the panels.
