Office Manager of the Year 2021

We are proud to announce that our Office Manager / Executive PA – Michele Decaix is a Finalist of The Office Management Group, Office Manager of the Year Awards. As Office Manager / Executive PA, heading up our administration team, Michele ensures our office runs efficiently at all times. Over the 11 years she has been with the company so far, Michele has been flexible with day to day tasks and spontaneous demands from various departments, juggling many roles within her position including Mental Health First Aider, HR, Accounts and Administration, along with driving forward and implementing our ISO 9001-2015 Accreditation and maintaining numerous Industry Accreditations on behalf of the company, all of which require use of her exceptional attention to detail, management, leadership and to work under her own initiative. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Michele has worked tirelessly with the senior team to put procedures in place to keep staff safe. Michele’s support to the Director and CEO has assisited them building and growing the company over the last 5 years, which has then provided better financial security for the company and its staff. She is a valuable member of staff and all companies would benefit from having a Michele. Congratulations Michele!
