700 BAR Stainless Cylinders
Special production punch machine custom designed for punching aluminium frames. The system used 14 Enerpac block cylinders in tooling with die and stripper plates, using pneumatic cylinders to clamp the frame in place. The electro-pneumatic control system fully automated the punch process from start to finish with a 2 handed control and light curtain for safety. Designed to run 12 hours per day, the power unit delivers 12 LPM flow at 300 BAR.
