The UHV systems contain the following key features.
Motorised Bakeout System, temperatures up to 400°C
Backing manifold for RGA, leak detector and pumping cart attachment.
Sample manipulation using edge welded bellows wobblesticks (manufactured by HTP).
Various CF feedthroughs and viewports for sample processing and inspection.
19” Rack facilities in framework
Ion Pump housed inside framework, base pressures of better than 1x10-10mbar

HTP has collaborated closely with a successful optics manufacturer producing components for image intensification and photon detection in various industry applications, Photek Ltd
HTP has been a production partner to Photek Ltd. and over a period of many years has offered experience with UHV systems and manufacturing for UHV duty to assist the in the development of their production facilities.
HTP has work on over 50 projects in various areas of the production environment and has supplied 5 full UHV systems since 2010. All systems achieve the highest levels of UHV performance producing products and equipment supplied in high level industrial contracts. Products are subsequently tested and inspected and HTP’s involvment in production improvement has driven increased output and improved final product acceptance rates considerably.

Provided Full Pumping System and controllers (CF100Turbo-Molecular Pump, CF63 Turbo-Molecular Pump,Dry Scroll Pump).

Collaborated with customer facilities manager to installSuitable services (electrical 3PH, water cooling, gassupplies etc.) on-site and approve final installations.
Import and installation of customer specified vacuuminstruments.
