At Hitaltech, we are pleased to share an important development from one of our key enclosure partners, Italtronic. In July 2026, Italtronic officially became a Raspberry Pi Design Partner, strengthening a relationship that has been developing for more than a decade.

A partnership built on more than a decade of experience
Although Italtronic has officially joined the Raspberry Pi Design Partner network in 2026, its relationship with Raspberry Pi technology goes much further back.
In 2012, Italtronic was among the early enclosure manufacturers to develop DIN rail enclosures specifically adapted for Raspberry Pi boards. At a time when Raspberry Pi was becoming increasingly popular among engineers, developers and automation professionals, these solutions helped bridge the gap between development platforms and industrial applications.
