The Automatic Moving Corner Unit is an innovative piece of kit. Corner storage is transformed by this pull-out unit and the often unusable storage area in kitchen corner base units is now accessible! It is described as automatic because the action of pulling open the cabinet door instantly moves the rear corner baskets into a reachable position. The standard unit is designed for a 1000mm base unit and a 500mm cabinet door. For 450mm or 600mm doors, alternative door hanging plates should be ordered separately.

Chrome Plated Baskets

The baskets included with this corner unit are chrome-plated steel baskets. In total four are supplied: two for the front pull-out section and two for the rear pull out section. Each corner unit set comprises of : one rear frame and base mount, one pivoting door frame, one pair of door panel hanging plates, two 305 x 450 x 76mm baskets and two 379 x 430 x 76mm baskets.  Two options of basket are available - plain linear wire baskets or mesh wire baskets so please select which type you would prefer when ordering.

Soft Close Option

The standard set is designed for a 500mm cabinet door  For 450mm or 600mm doors please order the appropriate door connecting plates.  The moving corner with mesh baskets comes complete with the soft close dampener included in the door frame and the back frame.  The option of soft close is also available for the moving corner with linear baskets but this should be ordered as a separate item-order 'moving corner soft close damper' for this purpose.

Important Note 

Please note this unit needs a minimum cabinet width of 900mm and has an installed depth of 490mm minimum. The minimum installed cabinet height is 530mm. Please check you have adequate clearance to install this item before ordering.  Although designed to be installed during the manufacture or assembly of the kitchen units this pull out corner storage unit can be installed into existing corner units, by anyone who is competent at DIY. Fitting instructions are included.
