Digital Printing ISO6 Printed Electronics

Following a successful Installation and Validation of a Softwall Cleanroom Guardtech were instructed to design and install a new Class 1000/ISO6 Cleanroom environment within an existing space. The area was stripped clear of existing furniture and services and the design included vinyl cladding alongside modular panels. The Cleanroom has temperature and Humidity control with the Fan Filter Unit design allowing for close control and potential for future expansion. As the processes within the room were UV sensitive appropriate lighting and glazing were installed
