1. Product Design & Material Selection

Every successful product starts with design, and in the case of reusable plastic products, design must consider both function and sustainability.

2. Toolmaking

Once the design is approved, we move into the tooling phase. Unlike many plastic moulders who outsource this step, we manufacture many of our own tools in-house, allowing for:
