A natural swimming pond has two parts. The swimming zone is where you bathe, and the regeneration zone is a shallow area of aquatic plants and filter aggregates that keeps the water clean through biological filtration. No chlorine, no harsh chemicals, just clear water kept that way by nature.

Box welded liners are prefabricated to the exact shape of your swimming zone, with full overlap hot bond vulcanised seams. They fit like a glove, giving a crisp, crease free finish that looks the part through clear water. Big ponds can be supplied as single sheets up to 1,800m².

The liner is what holds the whole system together. EPDM is highly flexible, so it adapts to ponds of any shape or depth, and it resists UV, weathering, punctures and ground movement. That makes it one of the most reliable liner materials available for swimming ponds.

We supply SealEco EPDM geomembrane and Gordon Low Smooth EPDM for swimming ponds, with geotextile underlay to protect the liner from stones and roots. EPDM is non toxic and PFAS free, which matters when people are swimming in the water every day.
