Global Filters Ltd has achieved another first!  Having spent some years perfecting robotically loading mould tools with filtration media (imagine handkerchiefs on the end of robot arms!), it can now produce filters fully automatically. A reel of filtration is mounted above the mould tool, which cuts the media to the required shape and overmoulds it in one operation.  The finished filter than passes through an automatic inspection process to ensure conformity to the highest industry standards. Global can produce 65 Million filters per year, using a wide variety of polymers and filtration media sourced in large volume internationally, enabling it to offer worldwide competitive prices. The Company specialises in producing bespoke filters and is able to supply full design facilities using Solid Works Software, including selection of appropriate filtration media. Global Filters based in Verwood between Southampton and Bournemouth has historically grown by reputation and is now actively looking to recruit a sales manager to exploit their new low cost manufacturing technology.
