The Boiler 1-4 Auto is a completely automatic machine with pipe id self centering, locking and auto feed of toolholder. It is an extremely quick machine triggered by foot or hand switch which has been engineered for heavy duty work. The Boiler -14 Auto is perfect for high volume repetitive works on heat exchangers, boilers and condensers. This bevelling machine is ideal for execution of any kind of tube head work such as tube trimming, tube to tube plate seal weld removal, tube plate face grooving and membrane removal on tube walls. It's equipped with an automatic stop set feeding sensor, which allows to obtain precise trimming operation in any job.
