A skinless and boneless fillet of Pangasius topped with basil pesto, char grilled peppers, aubergines and onions finished with crispy croutons and finely diced red peppers. Simply oven, micro or grill.
Also Exciting Foods are using the sustainably farmed fish from the Far East called Pangasius. Not a catchy name – but its farmed sustainably in the Far East, has a lovely white fillet and a mild sweet flavour.
