Excel have recently sold a refurbished ‘ C E King 8 head cross push filling machine’ as part of the customers overall machinery upgrade programme. This machine is added to the customer’s existing PackFeeder bottle unscrambling machine to create a high speed and versatile filling line. With the ability to supply both new and reconditioned equipment Excel are able to tailor the machine supply to your budget and requirement. The main difference on this new machine (in comparison to our other King filling machines) is the bottle gating system which is known as ‘cross push’. This allows the new set of bottles to be gated into position whilst the machine is still filling, which speeds up the cycle considerably, giving a much higher output in relation to pack type.
